Returns accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn and unwashed.
- In original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, innerwear, clearance/sale products, and altered garments.
Process
- Initiate a return via your Monterow account or contact support.
- Our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund/exchange.
Refunds
Credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
